Shipping & Sales Policy


Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Mango Hill Records is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.


Once a package has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Mango Hill Records is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If a package is missing after delivery, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.


If an item arrives damaged due to shipping, customers must contact Mango Hill Records within 3 days of delivery and provide photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can review the issue.


Due to the limited nature of many of our releases, all sales are final. Mango Hill Records does not accept returns or exchanges.


All merchandise including shirts, socks, hats, and other apparel items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
